Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed it is dispatched to our studio for production. We try to fulfill every order as fast as possible, so we cannot permit any cancellations. But, if you realize you made a mistake when ordering please contact us as soon as possible, we may be able to make an adjustment to address your issue.
Returns Policy
Every item is hand-crafted to the highest quality standards and carefully inspected before it is shipped. If there is a problem related to workmanship contact us at store@sparklegear.com and we would be more than happy to either take the product back to repair in our own shop. In the event that a product meets the qualifications for return or replacement, Sparkle Gear requires that we receive the defective product back at our facility before we can issue a replacement or a refund for it.
Sparkle Gear handles returns of faulty, defective, or otherwise erroneous products on an individual basis. We do not offer returns on any products based on user error of color, size, or design choice (e.g. you meant to order a blue shirt but you clicked on pink instead, or you did not realize that a design is only 2”x2” and does not fill the front of a large tote bag the way you thought it would). Sparkle Gear also does not guarantee that the colors shown in product images or rhinestone illustrations are exactly identical to the appearance of the product or rhinestones in real life. This is primarily because Rhinestones have reflective and refractive properties which cannot always be accurately displayed in the illustrations, or reproduced accurately on the wide variety of displays used to access our website.
Errors, incomplete orders and stock issues
On rare occasions, we may find that there is an error when we process the order that you placed. The error could be the result of a technical failure or some issue outside of our control, or even data entry into our website. Sometimes an error could result in an incomplete or incorrect charge to your credit card, or an item that was expected to be in-stock and available not being available, or an item that was incorrectly priced. If an issue does happen we will take these actions: (1) We will promptly cancel the order; (2) We will promptly refund any amount that was collected; (3) We will notify you that the order was canceled, the refund was processed, and help you re-submit the order after any necessary changes or adjustments.
Refund Policy
Because all of our items are custom made we do not offer refunds for any reason or circumstance other than those stated above, including when the reason is a mistaken choice of color, size, article or design. If you are unsure of what size to

Artwork & Designs
Sparkle Gear reserves the right to refuse any design considered, in Sparkle Gear’s sole determination, to be in poor taste or offensive.
The unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of protected, copyrighted, trademarked, service marked, trade name logo, design, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration, or any other intellectual property (collectively “Intellectual Property”) is prohibited.
By emailing, submitting, uploading, requesting, or otherwise providing Intellectual Property to Sparkle Gear you warrant and represent that YOU are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights to the Intellectual Property and that the submitted Intellectual Property is free and clear of infringement or any legal restriction or that you have secured the owner’s permission to transit the artwork to Sparkle Gear.
Sparkle Gear accepts no liability for any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any Intellectual Property. Nor does Sparkle Gear have any obligation to verify whether YOU have legal rights in the Intellectual Property since Sparkle Gear is relying on YOUR representations.
By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing Intellectual Property to Sparkle Gear, YOU agree, at YOUR sole expense, to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Sparkle Gear, against any claim or lawsuit alleging that any of the Intellectual Property submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by YOU to Sparkle Gear infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, other Intellectual Property, or otherwise violates applicable law or constitutes an infringement, that the Intellectual Property is being wrongfully used, or that YOU violated any of the above representations. YOU will also pay all damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by or levied against Sparkle Gear as a result of any such claim or lawsuit. Sparkle Gear reserves the right to defend any action brought against it in connection with YOUR alleged infringement, misuse, and breach of representations concerning the Intellectual Property; however, YOU agree to be responsible for Sparkle Gear’s damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred defending such claim or lawsuit.
Sparkle Gear does not share, distribute or allow use of artwork we create.
Sparkle Gear invests significant time, effort and money in creating designs from our customers logos. Sparkle Gear acknowledges that the logo, copyrights, and trademarks remain the property of their owner(s). However, all artwork, designs, machine files, embroidery files, web files, images, mock-ups, illustrations and other formats that Sparkle Gear creates for our own use, and the use of our customers remain the property of Sparkle Gear and may not be used by anyone without written permission from Sparkle Gear.
If you are interested in using artwork created by Sparkle Gear individual designs can be licensed on an annual basis. Pricing starts at $10,000 per design per year plus a 2% royalty for all merchandise sales with the design. Contact store@sparklegear.com for more information.
